1. Maxim's Profitable Townhouse
Take one of my real estate students, Maxim.
 
Maxim came to me with some experience in real estate investing. He had a successful business...he was making pretty decent money...but it wasn't enough.

He was working 24/7 trying to bring in extra cash...and it was almost working...but he couldn't seem to pay down the mortgage and his debt fast enough. (At the rate he was going, it would take 10 years to pay off those Bang credit cards!)

Can you imagine? Having a good investment that's making money but STILL being on the brink of bankruptcy?
He needed to find that "Tipping Point" fast!

Maxim owned a townhouse in a developing town where there were nice shops, a kindergarten, and other desirable amenities that renters like. The townhouse was easily divided into 7 studio apartments and then each rented out separately.
He figured— and rightly so--that his passive income would be higher if he was renting out the studios on a daily basis by creating a sort of mini-hotel.

However, there was a snag...actually lots of snags.

The occupancy turnover (and consequently, his profits), had changed greatly. The townhouse itself demanded constant maintenance and attention, so that the desired passive income did not work out in the end. Plus, friction began with residents of nearby houses dissatisfied with having a "mini-hotel" in their neighborhood.

That’s when we discovered Maxim's tipping point.

We discussed his situation in our Platinum Group, and I suggested that he switch to long-term leases. Now, his seven studios are rented monthly with a payment of 750 euros per month, bringing in a passive income of 5,250 euros. With this income, he could pay the entire mortgage in four years, after which the townhouse will bring in a net profit.

Finally!

I helped him focus on solutions for his business, uncover this strategy (and exploit it) and fast forward to today.. he's completely paid off all the real estate investment, he has more passive income than ever, and he only works eight days per month. (That's not a typo. Eight days. He delegates and his team does the rest.)

It would have never happened if we hadn't found that "Tipping Point" and pushed his business to maximum profitability.
What's crazy is everybody's 'Tipping Point' is different.

2. Karen's Six Figure Sublet
I've got this real go-getter of a friend and student, Karen.
  
She always made good money at her job, but she was definitely looking for something that would generate profit without her having to add a ton of extra hours to her work week.

Karen spent 14 years living in various rented apartments in Paris. She knew all the rules and intricacies of renting firsthand. When she joined Platinum Group, she decided to combine her previous experience as a renter with the new knowledge she was receiving and create a profitable business.

Karen didn't have a lot of start up capital, she also had a less than stellar credit score. She decided she would use a subleasing strategy to start out.

Karen chose one of the houses where she had lived for a while, and she really liked the place. It was a new building, a protected area under video surveillance, with a beautiful pine forest nearby, and an atmosphere of peace and tranquility - a rare combination for the capital of the city.

Karen rented six apartments at once, bought furniture and started renting out the rooms. Due to the successful location, there were never any particular problems with her search for tenants. After filling 23 rooms, she started bringing in 13,000 euros per month of net profit.

Not too shabby, right?

Along with the passive income, Karen accumulated new experience. It is very important for her that she isn't just making money, but helping people find good, comfortable housing for themselves.

Now Karen puts very little effort into her rented apartments, practically everything is done by the manager, and she is thinking of selling the business. But not because she is tired and wants to quit! On the contrary, she fell in love with this business and plans to launch a much larger project.

3. Paul's Construction Dream
Here is an example of a student of mine, Paul, who successfully found his Tipping Point through Platinum Group.
  
During the group coaching it was revealed that Paul actually had some experience in real estate. He had constructed his own country house to live in with his family. But when he was finished, it turned out that it was much more convenient for him and his family to live in a city apartment.

This immediately created a "RED FLAG" for me because he's got already got plenty of experience! he just didn't know it.

Anyway, I asked him a few questions and it turns out--as I'd suspected-- that he sold the country house and made a lot more money than he invested in the building. Through the course of the group training, Paul realized that low-rise construction was an excellent niche for a real estate business. So, Paul decided to invest in the construction of new houses.

We'd found his tipping point.

Fast forward to today-- Paul's typical business plan involves the purchase of a land for 50-70 thousand euros and up to 70, 000 euros for the cost of the construction of the house— BUT! It can be sold for 250,000 euros or more. That is, the profit Paul makes from each project is more than 100,000 euros.
These are my clients and I've personally worked very hard with each of them to get the results I'm talking about in these stories. But we're overlooking something here...

 What did all these stories have in common?
